La Flambée was awarded the Crêperie Gourmande label in December 2015.
This label is bestowed by the Brittany Tourist Board. This way, when you set foot inside a Crêperie Gourmande (the equivalent of a Gourmet Pancake House), you have the guarantee you are being served by a pancake expert, that a wide range of choices will be available to satisfy all your cravings, and so enjoy crêpes and buckwheat pancakes which are made on the premises and to order using fresh and regional produce.
