come and discover La Mie de la Terre and its range of breads made from wheat, small spelt, buckwheat... and sweet treats: fars,
brioche or farzous pancakes.

Recently opened, this alter'native bakery combines gourmet goodness, local produce and respect for the environment.
and respect for the environment, offers breads made from local, farmhouse and organic flours and seeds, combined with homemade sourdough 
and, of course, Guérande salt. All the bread is kneaded by hand and left to ferment for around fifteen hours at room temperature,
in order to bring out all the flavours of the flours and give the breads the best possible taste, nutrition, preservation and digestibility.


La Mie de la Terre is also a small, artisanal and above all local grocery shop! It offers products from
producers (flour, oil, pasta, lentils, quinoa, honey, eggs, etc.) as well as products from other local producers and
local producers and artisans: chocolates, infusions, compotes, jams, cheeses, soaps, etc.
You'll also find their takeaway drinks: espresso, flat white and their famous Chaï Latte.
