Settled in the Guerande salt marshes, more precisely in the Mès river basin, L'Atelier du Sel exploits two salines.

Our salt (grey salt, coarse salt and fleur de sel) is harvested by artisanal and ancestral methods.
lt is natural, untreated, unwashed, only naturaly drip dried, close to the saline.
As independant salt workers, we pay a particular attention to the quality of our products. This is why we avoid all kind of mechanization in order to preserve both the salt structure and natural savour.

Products:
- Salts (grey, coarsed, fleur de sel, aromatic salts).
- Marinating salicornia.
- Mustard with vinegar and salicornia.
- Stock.

Local sale points:
- Kerhinet hamlet (Saint-Lyphard).
