These aim to improve the quality of our services, welcome all types of visitors and take concrete action to promote more responsible tourism that respects our region.

CSR labelling Lucie 26000

Preserving an area as unique as La Baule-Presqu’île de Guérande is a shared responsibility. The Tourist Office team is convinced of this: tourism must combine attractiveness and quality of welcome, while respecting the balance of the region. With this in mind, we have voluntarily chosen to embark on a demanding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach, based onthe international ISO 26000 standard, by seeking the LUCIE 26000 label.

This recognition makes the Tourist Office the first tourist office in France to be awarded this CSR label. This certification reflects a sincere approach, supported collectively by the area’s elected representatives and all the Tourist Office’s staff. It is consistent with the strategy of the La Baule-Presqu’île de Guérande tourism and regional brand, and demonstrates a clear desire totake concrete action to promote more responsible tourism.

By joining the LUCIE 26000 community, which brings together more than 1,300 committed organisations in France and Europe, the Tourist Office is part of a dynamic of progress. To put this approach into practice, the Tourist Office has drawn up a roadmap for 2024-2026, structured around 25 clear and measurable commitments.
