Located in the heart of the Côte Sauvage, four recently renovated one-bedroom apartments can each accommodate up to 4 people. All are rated 3 stars, and one of them is accessible for guests with limited mobility. Two apartments offer views of the sea and the beach, sheltered by a hedge, while the other two overlook the garden, a wooded green space between La Baule and Le Croisic, in Le Pouliguen.

Each apartment features a bedroom with two separate beds that can be pushed together, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, and can accommodate up to four guests. The apartments are self-contained, located on the ground floor of a quiet private villa, with access to a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

The apartments are fully equipped: combination oven/microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, HD digital TV, dishes, and small appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, vacuum cleaner). Wi-Fi and excellent 4G reception are available. Numbered private parking on the property. Baby equipment provided: travel crib, high chair, baby bouncer, baby bathtub. Sheets and towels available for rent at an additional cost.
There are many activities available nearby: bike paths, coastal trails, salt marshes, the Océarium in Le Croisic, Brière Regional Nature Park, a casino and spa in La Baule and Pornichet, horseback riding, the fishing and yachting port in Le Pouliguen, a sailing school, mini-golf, and bike rentals.

Rentals are on a weekly basis, with the option of staying for a minimum of two nights: €80 per week during the week and €90 on weekends (excluding July and August). A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and a €350 security deposit check (which will not be cashed) is required upon arrival.
