Goélia Résidence Royal Park

Located in the wooded area of ‘La Baule-les-Pins’ the holiday residence ‘Goélia Royal Park’ is ideally situated a mere 300m from the beach.  This complex consists of small 4 story blocks of flats with a lift which are situated in the heart of a wooded park of some 4 hectares.  Several of the apartments have large terraces or balconies at their disposal.  There are many things to do near to the residence :  going for a walk or a bike ride, playing a round of golf less than 3km away, enjoying a relaxing time at the thalassotherapy centre just 5 minutes away.  Available on site at the residence:  two swimming pools one heated pool and paddling pool for children (the latter is open from mid-April to end of September subject to the weather conditions).  Delivery point for fresh bread and croissants at reception - an order needs to be placed the day before.  Shorter stays are possible.  Included in the price are:  the cost of water and electricity, access to the two swimming pools and the children’s paddling pool, television, one outside parking space, the loan of baby equipment (bed, high-chair or bath).  Small pets are allowed for an additional fee.
