Description
Come and visit our marine farm located on the headland of Le Croisic (picking seaweed along la Côte sauvage). Our seaweed is eaten fresh or prepared following one of our recipes for example as ‘caviar’. Discover the various aspects of the picking, preparing, tasting of different sorts of seaweed by attending one of our workshops.
