At the crossroads of the white country (the Guérande peninsula) and the black country (the Brière country), on the edge of an oak wood and close to the beaches, a radiant stop-over awaits you in this cosy, completely renovated nest, located close to many points of interest to discover : the medieval town of Guérande, the salt marshes, the Brière Regional Nature Park, the bay of La Baule, the wild coast, the former submarine base at Saint-Nazaire, the Atlantic shipyards...
Gite Le Mouet is a recently renovated, completely independent, detached house, situated in a quiet, small, private development.
The owners' house is located nearby.
You will benefit from a large 33 m² corner terrace (E/S/W) and a fully enclosed private garden of 560 m² (part of which is shaded).
Ground floor : 32 m² living room, 8 m² separate kitchen, separate toilet, private parking and lock-up garage (for bikes).
First floor : 3 bedrooms (one large bedroom with a study area and a 160x200 bed, one attic bedroom with two 90x190 beds, one small attic bedroom with two 90x190 beds) and shower room/WC.
Additional facilities : baby equipment on request (cot/high chair/booster seat/bay bath and child safety barrier), very high-speed Ethernet/Wifi (optical fiber), electric griddle, Bluetooth speaker and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Included : bed linen (beds made on arrival), bathroom towels and household linen.
Not included : electricity and electric heating (over 10 kWh/day), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (€80), tourist tax.
Please note : for a better welcome and less stress on your journey, in peak season,rentals are primarily from Sunday to Sunday (other possibilities on request and subject to availability).

The rules for a good quality of life at gite Le Mouet :
- Non-smoking gite.
- No pets.
- No parties, no evenings.
- No caravans, large trailers, lorries or camper vans on the housing estate.
- The deposit (800€) must be secured via Gîtes de France at the time of booking (bank imprint or Swikly not involving any immediate debit). Otherwise it will be claimed in cash before entering the gite. Cheques are not accepted.
