Nicolas Arnould, a salt worker from 'le bassin du Mès'', invites you to come along and discover his trade and his passion for his work. Follow the route of the water from the ocean to the pools where the salt finally forms 'de la mer à l'oeillet'. Followed by a visit of 'La Salorge de Rostu' (an impressive salt warehouse).
