With Mélodies du temps, the actors offer us a sensitive, poetic and accessible show that touches on what we all have in common: memories related to music and stages of life.
This show tells the story of a man’s life, from birth to death, by going through the major stages of his existence where each strong moment is approached through an emblematic French song, adapted into a theatrical text. These songs, instead of being sung, are played by the actors as scenes, dialogues, fragments of life. This show highlights the universal force of music: it accompanies our memories, rhythms our emotions and here becomes a living material for the theater.
