Confiserie Mignon … a story dating back to 1827, a must-visit shop on the Promenade du Port in Le Pouliguen.
After six generations of confectioners, the family spirit and recipes have remained the same. Whilst new flavours have been created, the renowned expertise that has made this establishment a place where grandparents bring their grandchildren, and parents do the same with their children... A place that has been passed down from generation to generation! Founded by Maximilien just under two centuries ago, the confectionery aims to be a place where the simplest pleasures can be found, such as the genuine niniche, the original one, made with salted butter caramel, often imitated but never equalled.
