Description
In Guérande, Ferme Lait Prés Verts produces cheeses and dairy products using raw milk from its cows, which are grass-fed and graze in pastures for much of the year. The cheese dairy offers a varied range of tommes, Saint-Marcellin-style cheeses, fromage blanc, yoghurts and other farm specialities, all crafted using local expertise.
The farm shop also promotes short supply chains with a wide selection of farm and artisanal products: meat, charcuterie, fruit and vegetables, groceries, bread, drinks and local specialities. A gourmet destination to discover the local flavours of the Guérande Peninsula.
