Place du Mûrier, in front of the stage, tables are set. People eat there and pay in bags of salt - a currency of exchange for salt - bought at the festival boxes. Grills, grilled sardines, mussels/fries, breizh dog*, crêpes, far... Breton gastronomy is in the spotlight.

SALT MARSH MUSEUM
On the occasion of the Nuits Salines festival, the Museum of salt marshes opens its doors to you exceptionally in free and open access: Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July, from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
