Since the 1950s, Josso Oysters has been a family business, now run by the third generation.
Our cupped oysters are farmed in the natural waters of Pen-Bé Bay, in Assérac, and sold directly on site.
You can discover them in our shop, which also stocks shellfish and seafood delicacies, or at the refrigerated vending machine, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A stop at Pen-Bé is an opportunity to see how we work and to taste fresh oysters, farmed right here, just a stone’s throw from the sea.
