In Guérande, Écoasis is a permaculture micro-farm dedicated to preserving biodiversity and farming in living soil.
This forest garden, created in 2017, combines fruit trees, medicinal plants, ponds and hedgerows in a rich, natural ecosystem.
Here, everything is grown by hand using methods that respect the land and natural cycles.
The permaculture farmers share their expertise through guided tours and discussions about their practices.
The farm also offers a range of artisanal products made from its harvests: fruit compotes, apple juice, herbal teas and even coulis made from heirloom tomatoes.
