A unique site in Europe!
Come and visit a museum with your family in an authentic Atlantic Wall command post, one of the largest blockhouses ever built. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of a bunker with its rooms, radio PC, armoury, engine room... on five levels and 300 m² of interior space, with a panoramic view of the sea and the coast. Discover also the incredible history of the pocket of Saint-Nazaire, the last liberated region of Europe, on 11th May 1945. A museum rich in emotions, installed in an authentic site with live reconstructions, models and a video room. A site acclaimed by more than 35,000 visitors every year!
 
For children from 5 to 12 years old, a new treasure hunt is on offer, for an active and fun visit. 
Reward: a real diploma will be awarded at the end of the visit.

Since 2017, the museography has been renewed: more modern showcases and mannequins as close as possible to reality with a real work of personalisation.

In case of rain in summer, it is advisable to come and visit the museum during off-peak hours between 10:00 and 14:30 or between 16:30 and 19:00.
